The coupon can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of its purchase. You need to submit a free form request for a refund, e-mail. by, indicate the reason for the return, the voucher number and the unique code. The money is returned to the payer's account. The money is returned within 5 (five) working days from the date of submission of the request. The refund is the amount paid for the coupon (if the coupon was sent by mail, the amount of shipping costs is not refunded).


The purchased gift voucher can be exchanged for another voucher during the entire period of its validity until it has been registered at the intended place of performance of the service. To change the coupon, you need an e-mail. by submit a free-form request for coupon replacement, indicate the number and unique code of the existing coupon, and indicate exactly what other coupon you want to replace it with. When exchanging a coupon for a cheaper coupon, the money difference is not refunded. When exchanging a coupon for a more expensive coupon, the difference between them is paid.
